STOP #1 - Bear Park Permaculture Center
STOP #2 - Academic Center
The Academic Center serves as our main building on campus, hosting faculty and staff offices as well as the dining hall, campus bookstore, and campus cafe.
This building is also home to our Wellness Center, which allows students to access mental and physical health professionals right here on campus!
STOP #3 - Hill Residence Hall
Life in Hill Hall is exciting! Students who live on campus are able to experience a traditional college environment, all within a few minutes’ walk to class.
Students can visit one of our study lounges for a quiet place to study or join friends in our common area to make a meal and play games.
STOP #4 - Disc golf and nature trail
STOP #5 - Ball Observatory
The Ball Observatory contains a fully computerized 11” Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope on a computer-controlled mount system that allows students and community members to explore, both in-person and remotely, the beautiful dark skies of Steamboat and as an essential experiential learning component of our Astronomy & Physics classes.
We have an active student Sky Club on campus that uses the observatory regularly, and we host many public events there throughout the year, including monthly star parties that are open to the public.
STOP #6 - Bristol Hall
Bristol Hall is home to many student classrooms, the gymnasium, and other resources.
Students can visit the Learning Lab and access free tutoring and writing support in a comfortable and inclusive environment.
The library is a great place to do homework or conduct research with friendly staff to assist you.
